I am an experienced Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, working with an integration of Psychodynamic and Humanistic models.  I trained at Chichester Counselling Service and am influenced by their particular take on integrative psychotherapy. I specialise as a Trauma Therapist and I am have knowledge of emerging cutting edge therapies such as Internal Family Systems (Richard Schwarz) Sensory Motor Psychotherapy (Pat Odgen), EMDR (Frances Shapiro and Bessel van de Kolk).

I am an experienced supervisor and lecturer of supervision and I am able to offer:

- Integrative Supervision which is applicable to a variety of models of Counselling and Psychotherapy
- Supervision of EMDR for those undergoing or recently completed training in EMDR

For many years I have worked at an NHS IAPT service and have supervised counsellors and EMDR therapist within the NHS. 

I am an accredited EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) practitioner.   I am currently working towards accreditation as an EMDR Consultant.

I have experience of working in private practice and am happy to advise about setting up and maintaining a thriving practice.  

Supervision qualifications:
Certificate in supervision obtained in 2009 through Sussex Partnership NHS foundation trust
I am a UKCP Approved Supervisor.

Fees: £65 per 60 minute session.  Longer sessions are charged pro rata.

I also work online which is convenient for those who cannot make face-to-face appointments.
