Hi I have been a qualified therapist since 1998 and have gained a vast amount of experience working in a variety of settings. These include working with victims of childhood sexual abuse, working within a prison setting, working within industry to help those dealing with employment issues. working with clients to manage their anger issues and working within schools with teenagers and their families.
My main experience is as a therapist working within the NHS where I have been for 19 years. The main focus of my work within the NHS is working with clients who have anxiety/panic disorders, stress related symptoms, relationship issues, bereavement counselling, and employment issues.
I have recently undergone training as a life coach and can now offer specialist help for those experiencing difficulties with career or relationships and anger management.
Counselling is a process by which the client is helped to discover new ways of coping with or resolving their difficulties. I offer a safe and peaceful setting where you can explore your feelings enabling you to work through these difficulties.
I offer a professional and confidential service to individuals, couples or families who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties within their lives. I work from either Queniborough or Barrow Upon Soar in Leicestershire whichever is most convenient for you. Both are easily accessible by public transport and have plenty of parking available.
