About me

Hi, I'm Tia – a compassionate counsellor and dedicated life coach, here to support you in transforming your life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burdened by the lingering effects of trauma, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and unlock your potential. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, offering immediate tools to manage stress and anxiety, along with long-term strategies for lasting change. You’re not alone in this journey, and together, we can work toward healing and achieving your goals.

What sets me apart?

What sets me apart is my commitment to creating real, lasting change in your life. I believe effective counselling goes beyond just talking—it's about uncovering the root causes of your challenges, whether from the past or present, and developing a  personalised plan that not only addresses your immediate needs but also empowers you for long-term growth and resilience. Together, we'll work to manage stress and anxiety, build resilience, and empower you with practical tools for immediate relief and long-term growth, helping you achieve meaningful transformation

What can you expect from our sessions?

In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll work closely to:

Facilitate Immediate Change: From the very first session, you'll gain practical tools and insights that you can apply to start feeling better right away. Whether it’s through setting healthy boundaries, practising self-compassion, or developing coping strategies, you'll experience immediate benefits that can help improve your day-to-day life.
Support Long-Term Transformation: We’ll also focus on long-term goals, empowering you to take control of your mental health, build lasting resilience, and cultivate a positive outlook that sustains you through life’s ups and downs.
Cultivate Self-Care Practices: Together, we’ll create self-care routines that nourish both your mind and body, ensuring that you’re equipped to handle whatever comes your way with strength and grace.

Why Walk & Talk Counselling?

If you’re someone who feels anxious about traditional face-to-face counselling or simply prefers being outdoors, Walk & Talk Counselling could be the perfect fit for you. This unique approach allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings in the calming presence of nature. Walking side by side, at a pace that suits you – whether it's strolling, stopping, or sitting – I’ll offer you the space and support to process your emotions in real-time. Not only does this enhance your mental wellbeing, but it also improves your physical health, mood, and connection with your surroundings.

Why choose me, and why now?

Choosing the right counsellor is a deeply personal decision, and I want you to feel confident that I’m the right fit for you. My clients often tell me that they appreciate my empathetic nature, my ability to truly listen, and my dedication to their growth. I’m not just here to guide you; I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. The time to invest in yourself is now, and I’m here to help you take that first step toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Let’s get started – I’m here when you’re ready.

When you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a free 20-minute video or phone consultation. This is your chance to get to know me, ask any questions, and see if we’re a good fit. Your journey to transformation starts with a simple conversation.

If you’re ready to make a change, let’s connect. Together, we can unlock your full potential and create the life you’ve always dreamed of.
