Specialist in Anxiety and Depression
I specialise in anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, grief and bereavement and have special postgraduate training in the latest research and interventions in these areas.
I practice both in East Kilbride and Strathaven. Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Initial Free Session
It is important that clients feel safe and comfortable with their Counsellor. I offer a free one hour consultation so you can see what I am like and how I work.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked for over 20 years in various counselling roles. These included NHS counselling services, which covered a broad range of issues. At Lifelink in Glasgow, I saw clients aged 12 upwards from GP and self referrals. Clients could have mild depression, life limiting issues or be actively suicidal. I have also worked at Kerith Counselling and Agape in East Kilbride.
