About me
I offer online, telephone or local walk and talk counselling to encourage growth and healing for generalised anxiety, social anxiety, abuse, low mood, feelings of sadness, depression, loss, self-esteem, anger and many other presenting issues. I use a person centered approach focusing on client led sessions, incorporating mindfulness and present moment awareness techniques within sessions. All enquiries are welcome and a free 30 minute telephone consultation is available to discuss your needs and availability. I offer a safe space to share your concerns and understand your goals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have experience working with many different presenting issues with adults including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Self esteem, Anger and Trauma.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills.
