About me
I offer online sessions delivered via zoom, in person sessions or telephone counselling for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, abuse, low mood, feelings of sadness, depression, loss, self-esteem, anger, trauma and many other presenting issues. I use a person centered approach focusing on client led sessions respecting each clients communication style. All enquiries are welcome and a free 30 minute telephone consultation is available to discuss your needs and availability. I offer a safe space to share your concerns and understand your goals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have experience working with many different client groups and presenting issues including Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Self esteem, Anger and Trauma.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills.
