About me

I offer online sessions delivered via zoom, in person sessions or telephone counselling for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, abuse, low mood, feelings of sadness, depression, loss, self-esteem, anger, trauma and many other presenting issues. I use a person centered trauma informed approach using positive psychology and self esteem work to help build strength and resilience recognition throughout your journey. Each session is client led, respecting each clients communication style and how they would like to use their session. All enquiries are welcome and a free 30 minute telephone consultation is available to discuss your needs and availability. I offer a safe space to share your concerns and understand your goals.

I have experience working with many different client groups and presenting issues including Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Self esteem, Anger and Trauma.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills.
