Further information

To get started on your journey please email or phone me. I will then get back in contact with you to set up a free initial consultation, this can be over the phone, online or face to face whatever your preference is. Please note for face to face there is a room charge. The initial consultation lasts from 15 to 30 minutes.

It is also important to know that the initial consultation is available for all presenting issues aside from sex addiction. This will need to be face to face.

Within this initial session I will find out relevant information and what you hope to achieve by coming to therapy.

If I feel that you are heavily under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the consultation or future sessions I reserve the right to terminate the session and potentially the contract.

After the initial consultation we will arrange the first session to begin your therapy.

If at the end of the first session you wish to continue then we will sort out a regular time and day for your journey to carry on. I will hold regular reviews with you during that time to make sure that we are making progress on your reason to come to counselling.

If you have any questions about the process please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

I offer a Walk and Talk service as well as a traditional counselling setting. Subject to the issue I will meet you and the counselling session will take place on one of 7 risk assessed routes.  The benefits of Walk and Talk are immense. It gives a totally different feel to counselling and you get to benefit from the feel of nature and air all around you. Sometimes taking the therapy outside the room gives a different perspective and a change to the norm.  I am so passionate about my Walk and Talk service.  It is fresh air, gentle fitness and counselling rolled into one. See photos and video section to see images taken from my routes. For further details please contact me or visit my website where you will find an extensive FAQ section.
