Further information

To get started on your journey please email or phone me. I will then get back in contact with you to set up the first session which includes an initial consultation, this can be over the phone or face to face whatever your preference is.

Within this initial session I will find out relevant information and what you hope to achieve by coming to therapy. This session will be 30 minutes and is no cost. Subsequent sessions will be £40.

If at the end of the first session you wish to continue then we will sort out a regular time and day for your journey to carry on. I will hold regular reviews with you during that time to make sure that we are making progress on your reason to come to counselling.

If you have any questions about the process please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

I offer a Walk and Talk service as well as a traditional counselling setting. Subject to the issue I will meet you and the counselling session will take place on one of 7 risk assessed routes.  The benefits of Walk and Talk are immense. It gives a totally different feel to counselling and you get to benefit from the feel of nature and air all around you. Sometimes taking the therapy outside the room gives a different perspective and a change to the norm.  For further details please contact me or visit my website.
