About me

I work with individuals and couples who are having emotional problems such as depression, low mood anxiety or stressed with everyday living.
My theoretical model is Integrative, which enable me to adapt the therapy according to the individual and specific needs of the client. I can bring in other theoretical concepts, which are solution and compassion focus concepts to enable the client to explore the things that brought them to their current circumstances and enable them to move forward. My expertise is working with individuals or couple who are having mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, low mood. I have 20 years experience of working with people with mental health issues. I have successfully support many clients to live their best life. If you have low mood, low self esteem and feel there is no support I can fully support you to get your life back on track.
I have the skills and abilities with my calm, empathic and non judgemental approach. Anxiety can prevent you from getting on with your life, with my approach and expertise I can support you to getting your life back, by building up your confidence which will enable you to life a difference and better life.
