About me
I am an experienced integrative therapist, who works with adults in a range of areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, family/relationship issues, bereavement and career challenges. I am passionate about empowering clients to heal, achieve balance in their lives and move forward with a renewed sense of strength and purpose.
I use a variety of approaches depending on individual client needs, including existential, CBT, mindfulness and psychoanalytic.
