About me

An experienced integrative therapist, I am passionate about empowering clients to heal, achieve balance in their lives and move forward with a renewed sense of strength and purpose. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, family/relationship issues and career challenges.

I will tailor our dialogue to incorporate a variety of approaches depending on individual client needs, including existential therapy, CBT, mindfulness and psychoanalytic.
