About me

Do you feel anxious or need a space to reflect and explore?  Are you struggling with a relationship or life events, or maybe feeling stressed at work?  I offer a calm, confidential, non-judgmental and supportive relationship where you can talk about what feels important for you.  Within this therapeutic relationship you will be valued, accepted and heard.  I believe there is always the potential for change and personal development if so desired.

I am a fully qualified counsellor with professional membership and insurance.  I have worked with people who experience issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, depression, stress, bereavement and loss, miscarriage, low mood, relationship issues, bullying, trauma and spirituality.  If there are other issues you would like to explore please feel free to give me a call.

I have a calm and gentle nature and prior to my counselling career I have worked in healthcare, with 17 years of experience in Oncology care.

I am working in person or via phone or zoom (online).  To arrange an initial session please get in touch via phone or email.  During this first session we can discuss what you would like to gain from counselling and how often we will meet.  It is also a chance for you to see if I am a suitable counsellor for you.
