About me

The therapy I offer is warm, welcoming and focused on building a solid, safe working connection together.

Much of our pain and wounding has arisen within relationship. At the heart of this therapy is a relationally attuned and supportive environment. A space that is underpinned with deep listening and observation; founded in the qualities of unconditional kindness, compassion and non-judgment.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualified with an MA in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy, I am a fully accredited member of the -

  • UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
  • The Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP)

Core Process is an integrative therapy that engages with all forms of suffering.

It works with body and mind, meeting how and where we are in each moment.

By listening to our inner sense, we begin to see where we are stuck. This can empower us to make new choices about how we are living, to reside more often in our truth. This in turn brings us closer with the creation of meaning in our lives and connects us with a greater sense of our authenticity and freedom.

Cultivating awareness of what happens within the present moment creates space to become conscious of the ways we carry our suffering. We begin to encounter past and future with greater clarity, creating the opportunity to experience life without identifying through conditioned beliefs that deny our sense of wellbeing.
