About me
The sessions I offer focus on building a safe working connection. This foundation allows us to deepen into what brings you to therapy in a way that creates space to become conscious of and work with the root causes of what you are facing.
Much of our pain and wounding has arisen within relationship and so a therapy that is relationally attuned and supportive can be a good environment for change to occur. Underpinned with listening, enquiry and the qualities of kindness, compassion and non-judgment, the aim of the work is to help you to experience life with more freedom, and ease along with a more grounded sense of who you truly are.
Training, qualifications & experience
Qualified with an MA in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy, I am a fully accredited member of the -
- UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
- The Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP)
Core Process is an integrative therapy that engages with all forms of suffering.
It works with body and mind, meeting how and where we are in each moment.
By listening to our inner sense, we begin to see where we are stuck. This can empower us to make new choices about how we are living, to reside more often in our truth. This in turn brings us closer with the creation of meaning in our lives and connects us with a greater sense of our authenticity and freedom.
Cultivating awareness of what happens within the present moment creates space to become conscious of the ways we carry our suffering. We begin to encounter past and future with greater clarity, creating the opportunity to experience life without identifying through conditioned beliefs that deny our sense of wellbeing.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
