About me
Counselling in Ash – Easily Reached from Aldershot, Farnham and Camberley
Support for anxiety, low self-esteem, and times when everything feels too much
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just not quite like yourself?
I offer counselling for adults and young people (11+) in Ash, close to Aldershot, Farnham, and Camberley.
Anxiety can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, overthinking, trouble sleeping, or a general sense of unease. Whether you are finding daily life hard to manage, feeling stuck in low confidence, or simply not feeling like “you,” I offer a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to feel more in control.
How I Work
My approach is tailored to suit your individual needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. You will find a calm, supportive space where there’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Together, we will gently explore what’s going on and look at ways to ease the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, or whatever feels difficult right now.
Support for Adults
You might feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, worn out from holding everything together, or unsure how to move forward. Whether it is anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, or relationship challenges, we will work together to help you feel steadier, more confident, and more like yourself again.
Support for Young People (11+)
Being a young person today can feel overwhelming. If anxiety, school stress, or low self-worth are getting in the way, I offer a safe, respectful space to talk things through. Together, we will build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
About Me
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With a foundation in professional counselling training, I work in a non-judgemental and respectful way, always guided by what feels right for you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
