About me

My main philosophy and approach centre around compassion, mindfulness, evidence-based, ethical practice and authenticity. I integrate a variety of approaches and modalities in order to create a unique, bespoke therapy that resonates most with what is important to you at this time in your life.

My aim is to offer a compassionate and safe enough space for self-discovery, where we explore and address your difficulties, so that you can live a more fulfilling and meaningful life that is true to you.
