Supervision details

I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health sector, and have been offering supervision for over 7 years to qualified and experienced therapists as well as to trainee therapists, counsellors and psychologists.

Accredited with BABCP, I offer CBT (including third-wave CBT) supervision as well as integrative psychotherapy and trauma supervision, informed by a variety of clinical models and healing and recovery approaches. I am currently a senior therapist with the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service, with my work focusing mainly on complex trauma and PTSD. 

I tend to use a multicultural and reflexive lens in my therapy and supervision approach, informed my person-centred and integrative core training. I am also a qualified mindfulness teacher.
