Transform Your Life with Compassionate Counselling
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s common to find yourself struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, stress, depression, and even trauma. You may also be experiencing ADHD or other symptoms of neurodiversity, further impacting the effect of these feelings, your well-being and also your relationships with others. I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and foster a life that feels lighter and more fulfilling.
As a dedicated counsellor, I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your unique experiences and emotions. Together, we’ll work on developing your strengths and personal identity, ensuring that your individual needs are met throughout our journey.
I offer flexible support options—whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, online meetings, or telephone consultations.
In addition to traditional counselling, I am trained in the Rewind Technique, a powerful and non-intrusive method for addressing trauma and phobias. This effective approach allows you to process and heal from past experiences and move forward with your life.
If you're ready to take the first step toward a less anxious and more empowered life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK's largest professional body for therapists. Committed to ongoing professional development, I regularly pursue further training to enhance my skills and knowledge.
In addition to my private practice, I work with Pembrokeshire Counselling Services and have volunteered for a bereavement charity, specialising in grief and loss support, including work with families affected by dementia. My experience also includes coordinating a project focused on improving the well-being and recovery of individuals living with mental health challenges, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe depression, and anxiety.
With a compassionate approach and a wealth of experience, I’m here to support you on your journey to better mental health and well-being.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
