About me
Transform Your Life with Compassionate Counselling
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not uncommon to struggle with issues like anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, family challenges, depression, or trauma. If you’re navigating neurodiversity, such as ADHD or autism, these struggles can feel even more complex.
Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges as a neurotypical individual or you’re facing unique experiences as someone who is neurodivergent, I’m here to help you find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
🌿 Appointments now available for new clients in June 🌿
Take the first step toward positive change with a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect and see if we’re the right fit for each other.
Whether you prefer the personal connection of in-person sessions or the convenience of online meetings, I offer flexible options designed to fit your life and schedule.
Let's work together to navigate life's challenges and create a path toward a lighter, more fulfilling future.
As a dedicated counsellor, I provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your unique experiences and emotions. Together, we’ll work on developing your strengths and personal identity, ensuring that your individual needs are met throughout our journey.
In addition to traditional counselling, I am trained in the Rewind Technique, a powerful and non-intrusive method for addressing trauma and phobias. This effective approach allows you to process and heal from past experiences and move forward with your life.
If you're ready to take the first step toward a less anxious and more empowered life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Committed to ongoing professional development, I regularly pursue further training to enhance my skills and knowledge.
In addition to my private practice, I work with Pembrokeshire Counselling Services and have volunteered for a bereavement charity, specialising in grief and loss support, including work with families affected by dementia. My experience also includes coordinating a project focused on improving the well-being and recovery of individuals living with mental health challenges, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe depression, and anxiety.
With a compassionate approach and a wealth of experience, I’m here to support you on your journey to better mental health and well-being.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
