About me
Hello, I’m Michelle an Integrative counsellor who supports people who are suffering with Anxiety,Anger, Depression and Addictions. Together we can work through your emotions at a speed that is comfortable for you. If you've never experienced Counselling before, it can be hard to imagine how talking to someone will help you feel better.
I have witnessed people's self - confidence grow when they feel they are no longer alone to deal with their challenges of past and present. When someone feels understood, safe and heard they can explore their emotions and work towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
If you feel you have got everything you need and thought you’ve always wanted, but still don’t feel happy; call me and we can work through what is getting in your way of being able to fully embrace life and your relationships.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked in a local Counselling centre for over 13 years and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor.
I have a real interest in fitness and hold a Level 2 certificate in fitness instructing.
