Hello, I’m Michelle an Integrative counsellor, I have a great deal of experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, Neurodiversity, coping with addictions and intimacy related issues. I also have experience working with motivation, self esteem and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and, compassion. 

I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

I have worked in a local Counselling centre for over 15 years and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor.

I have also worked for over 3 years with clients online internationally.

I have a real interest in fitness and wellness and hold a Level 2 certificate in fitness instructing.
