About me

Are you looking for a holistic and humanistic safe, non-judgemental space? I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist who practices in person and online. I am also a mindfulness practitioner. I give one-on-one time to my clients who want to use their mind and body's self-healing resources to alleviate trauma and balance their natural flow and daily life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an integrative counselling therapist and an accredited member of the National Society of Counsellors & Psychotherapists. I have a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have vast experience in supporting and counselling carers, families, and people living with dementia.

I am skilled in short-term and long-term therapy. My experience of working with clients from diverse social, cultural, and religious backgrounds has immensely enriched my professional and personal development.

Trained by Cruse UK and Worked extensively with refugees, immigrants, and war trauma, supporting clients with bereavement, loss, and grief. I am trained at MIND and have been supporting clients in self-regulation, general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, trauma, and relationship concerns.
