About me
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor working across a number of different approaches tailored to your needs. You may be struggling with unresolved emotions from the past or present, or a traumatic event or trying to manage anxiety or depression. I am a warm, down to earth and empathic counsellor, offering a safe space for you to explore whatever it is that is causing you distress.

I have extensive training working with trauma, whether that's a one off traumatic event such as a car accident or multiple traumas such as child abuse or domestic abuse.
