About me

Hi, my name is Layla. I am a qualified and registered Person-Centred therapist. I am passionate about helping others and assisting them in finding their innate worth and value.

Working through challenging life experiences myself, I have become aware that growth is possible, although sometimes it may feel like it's not. There are times we can feel lost and stuck, or we just don't know where to start. I aim to facilitate change by assisting my clients in finding new ways to grow and develop by understanding themselves and their behaviours.

The therapeutic relationship is important to me. I create a warm, trusting, and confidential environment whereby you will feel heard, seen, and understood. You can bring whatever it is that is important to you. I offer a safe space that allows you to express and explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of them, and move in directions that feel more fulfilling. My goal is to assist you in building greater self-awareness, which helps you build your self-esteem and self-worth to feel more empowered.

I am open-minded and non-judgmental. I am from a working-class background and I have grown up and worked with people from diverse backgrounds and the LGBT community. I have supported people with a wide range of experiences but I like to focus on the uniqueness of my clients.

Please feel free to contact me through email, text, WhatsApp or call. I will look forward to hearing from you :)
