About me
Hi, I'm Layla, a qualified Person-Centred counsellor. I am passionate about helping people connect with their innate worth and value, especially when life has felt overwhelming and difficult, leaving you feeling lost or disconnected.
There can come a point where coping takes a lot of energy, and it starts to feel harder to stay connected to yourself. You might find yourself caught in self-doubt, overthinking, or feeling like you are not good enough, even when things on the outside look fine.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can slow things down and talk through what feels most important to you. At your own pace, we can gently explore what has been happening and begin to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
The therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, respected and accepted as you are, without pressure to be any different.
I have experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients, and I value creating a space that feels down-to-earth.
Over time, therapy can help you build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself, greater self-understanding, and more clarity about what you need and how you want to live your life.
If you feel drawn to my profile, you are welcome to get in touch in whatever way feels easiest for you. You don’t have to go through things alone.
