About me
I’m a Senior Counselling Psychologist and Psychedelic Integration Therapist, and I work with people who have had — or are planning to have — psychedelic experiences. If you’re considering exploring these states, therapy can be a valuable way to prepare. We can look at what’s currently happening in your life and help you approach the experience with clarity and psychological grounding.
Psychedelic experiences can be deeply insightful and meaningful, but they can also feel confusing or intense. I support clients in making sense of what emerged and in integrating those insights into everyday life in a practical and sustainable way. When properly understood and integrated, these experiences can support genuine growth and change.
I work in private practice in Edinburgh and have over 15 years’ experience across the NHS, Third Sector and private settings. I help people understand and shift patterns that contribute to difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction.
My approach is integrative and tailored to the individual, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred Therapy (PCT), mindfulness and Transpersonal Psychology. The focus is always on supporting meaningful, grounded and lasting change.
Training, qualifications & experience
My approach is integrative, combining CBT, Person-Centred, Mindfulness, meditative practice, breathwork, and Transpersonal Psychology. With experience in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, self-esteem, and abuse. I hold a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, Pg Dip in Psychology and Mental Health, and HCPC accreditation. My background includes the NHS, Third Sector and private practice.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
