About me
Integrative & Holistic Psychotherapist (15+ Years Experience)
Transformational therapy, neurodiversity-informed support, and nervous system regulation via Zoom or Walk & Talk.
Welcome & How I Can Help
Taking the step to reach out for support can feel overwhelming, especially if you are feeling stuck, anxious, or caught in repeating patterns. Whether you are dealing with burnout, relationship struggles, codependency, or the lasting impact of early life experiences, you don't have to navigate it alone.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I provide a warm, compassionate, and gently challenging space where we look beyond quick fixes to address the root cause of what you are experiencing.
I blend traditional psychotherapy with body-based (somatic) approaches, psychoeducation, and nervous system regulation to help you move from simply surviving or reacting to truly thriving.
Who I Work With & Specialisms
I work with individuals, couples, and groups. My focus areas include:
Childhood & Developmental Traumas: Inner child healing, attachment wounds, and defense mechanisms.
Relationship & Connection Dynamics: Codependency, boundary issues, affairs/betrayal, and repeating negative relational patterns.
Neurodiversity & Mindset: ADHD support, unhelpful thinking, emotional regulation, and self-sabotage.
Nervous System & Somatic Healing: Anxiety, stress, panic, reactivity, and somatic resourcing.
My Approach
My core training is Integrative, Developmental, and Relational—meaning I tailor my approach to your unique needs rather than fitting you into a rigid box.
I draw from Humanistic and Psychodynamic therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Attachment Theory, alongside modern, evidence-informed tools including:
Polyvagal Theory & Somatic Experiencing (Nervous system regulation)
Mindfulness & Mindset Management
Inner Child & Parts Work (IFS-informed)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping) & Life Coaching
Session Details & Flexibility
To fit around your schedule and processing needs, I offer flexible formats:
Formats: Online (Zoom) & Walk & Talk sessions (outdoor therapy).
Frequency: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Duration: Single, double, or fast-track sessions.
Availability: Tuesday to Thursday (Morning and Afternoon).
Next Steps
Finding the right therapist is essential. I offer a free 15-minute initial Zoom consultation so we can discuss what you are looking for, answer any questions, and see if we feel like a good fit.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
