About me

Hello, I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist/counsellor; couples therapist; EFT practitioner; and holistic well-being coach.

I offer sessions on a weekly or flexible basis.

I have a wide range of training, experience and approaches.  I specialise in anxiety, relationships, childhood issues, self esteem and self development.

I am  compassionate, sincere, and I respect others beliefs, and differences. I am proactive and passionate in supporting anyone to achieve positive change and well-being.

My experience includes: long term personal therapy as part of my training; voluntary work within the mental health and well-being services for 15 years; healthcare support to psychiatric services; and support to international students.
