About me
I'm Karen,
I offer a calm space where we can find clarity on what has brought you to counselling.
I work with clients from all walks of life who struggle with symptoms such as anxiety, depression or disturbed sleep as well as some who suspect they may be on the spectrum or have had an ADHD or autism diagnosis. It's good to learn about clients inner beliefs and strengths so that I can enable the healing process that is possible in the space we create together. I bring coaching skills into my practice, crafting a tool kit unique to your needs, to support you in navigating life so that you may fulfil your potential. My hope is that you will feel a little better with every session.
