About me

Hello and welcome. If you’ve found yourself here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Maybe life feels like too much right now—stress, worry, and self-doubt creeping in no matter how hard you try to manage it all. Perhaps you feel disconnected, frustrated with yourself, or stuck in patterns that leave you feeling deflated and unfulfilled. You might struggle with anxiety, confidence, relationships, or making sense of emotions that feel too big or hard to express. Perhaps you’re just exhausted from constantly trying to hold everything together.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Does any of this resonate with you?

    •    You constantly feel anxious or on edge, as if something bad is about to happen.
    •    You worry about what others think of you, overanalysing interactions or feeling like you never quite fit in.
    •    You struggle with self-doubt, feeling like you should be able to “handle things better” but never feeling like you measure up.
    •    You feel emotionally drained from relationships that leave you questioning yourself.
    •    You find it hard to express your feelings—maybe you don’t even know what they are.

Whatever you are going through, talking to someone in a safe, non-judgmental space can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My aim is to offer a compassionate and understanding environment where you feel cared about, respected, and truly heard.

How I Work

You don’t need to have all the answers before starting therapy. Some people want to explore their past and how it shaped them, while others prefer to focus on practical ways to manage emotions and feel more in control. However you’d like to approach therapy, we’ll work together in a way that feels right for you, at a pace that’s comfortable.

I have a particular interest in working with low self-worth, feelings of inadequacy, and the emotional impact of narcissistic abuse. I understand how painful it can be to feel stuck in self-doubt or to carry the weight of past relationships that have left you questioning your worth.

If you’ve been made to feel like you’re too sensitive, too much, or never enough, I can help you to regain a sense of confidence, clarity and trust in yourself and your own feelings.

Getting Started

Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. If you’re struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or the effects of a difficult relationship, you don’t have to face it alone. Get in touch for a friendly chat about how I can help—you’re welcome to ask any questions before deciding if therapy feels right for you.

I offer face-to-face sessions in Ipswich, as well as video and telephone sessions if that works better for you.
