About me

I am an EMDR UK registered EMDR therapist, and and also a qualified UKCP registered clinical supervisor.

How can I help?

I use a person centred approach to develop a therapeutic relationship with my clients. This helps over time to support you in gaining insight and understanding of the emotional and mental difficulties you're currently experiencing.

I provide a safe space to listen to you and together we can assess and identify the best therapeutic approach to meet your needs.

I offer both face to face and online therapy sessions. I am available to work with both children and adults.

I currently  have a waiting list for clients but please do get in touch if you would like to make a general enquiry or have any questions you would like to ask me, as I am here to help. My website is also available for you to browse.
