About me
I am an IFS informed EMDR Association UK registered EMDR therapist with 27 years of clinical experience working with a range of clients presenting with mental health needs.
I am also an HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist, and a qualified UKCP registered clinical supervisor. I also offer talking Psychotherapy.
How can I help?
I use a person centred approach to develop a therapeutic relationship with my clients. This helps over time to support you in gaining insight and understanding of the emotional and mental difficulties you're currently experiencing.
I provide a safe space to listen to you and together we can assess and identify the best therapeutic approach to meet your needs.
I offer both face to face and online therapy sessions. I am available to work with both children and adults.
I currently have a waiting list for new clients but please do get in touch if you would like to make a general enquiry or have any questions you would like to ask me, as I am here to help. My website is also available for you to browse.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
