About me
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.
If you’re looking for a specialist anxiety, depression and bereavement therapist, either in person or online, please feel free to get in touch today.
I am an experienced, registered Humanistic Counsellor, dedicated to supporting personal growth, creativity, and individual autonomy.
I have vast experience of working in the NHS and the private sector.
I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential therapeutic space where we can work together to explore your experiences, make meaning, and bring clarity.
My aim is to support healing, enhance wellbeing, and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My work involves a philosophical and existential approach. We collaboratively create meaning in the present moment and explore your place in the world, and confront the fundamental challenges of the human condition, focusing on navigating universal anxieties and taking personal responsibility for your choices and future.
I work with individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and non-judgemental. I work in a non-directive way, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
Sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs. While many clients choose to attend weekly or fortnightly, we can agree on a schedule that works best for you.
I offer an initial call or introductory session so we can explore how we might work together.
Sessions are available:
In person
Online via Zoom
By telephone
Outdoors through walk-and-talk therapy
Incorporating nature into therapy can be especially supportive for emotional wellbeing, physical health, neurological conditions, and long-term health challenges. It offers a gentle way to combine movement, reflection, and connection.
I also offer specialist wellness packages tailored to your individual needs - please feel free to get in touch for more information.
My practice is registered with the ICO and complies with GDPR (2018). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, engage in regular clinical supervision, and am committed to ongoing professional development, training, and self-care to ensure I provide the highest standard of support and psychological wellbeing.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
