I can offer time-limited focused psychological interventions and also longer-term psychological therapy for an extensive range of difficulties.
I have over twenty years’ experience working in mental health services within the NHS and a university setting. I now work privately and can offer a prompt, high quality, face-to-face service for people experiencing mental health issues and psychological/emotional distress. I work with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic, self-esteem, eating disorders, anger, PTSD, self-harm, sleep problems, stress.
I care deeply about helping people to learn how to alleviate their suffering and bring about change and I provide a safe and comfortable space for this. I am an approachable person and am happy to talk through any queries over the phone or via email as I understand that seeking help and accessing treatment can be a difficult step to take. Therefore, I can offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs and decide whether Psychology One-to-One could be an appropriate serve for you.
