About me
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, I am here to help. As a trained counsellor with over 10 years of experience, I provide a safe, confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I understand that taking the first step can be difficult, but I will work with you at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My own experiences with therapy have inspired me to help others navigate their own challenges and difficult times. It is a privilege to be able to support someone through therapy, and I am grateful to be able to do this work. Let me help you overcome and resolve your problems by building a supportive relationship together.
I have also undergone training as a CBT therapist, and I am currently employed by an NHS-based organisation (North Kent Mind). My work involves assisting individuals with a variety of mental health concerns such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and phobias. My experience in this field has allowed me to work with a diverse range of people and issues. I am pleased to be able to help others in this capacity and find it to be a fulfilling and rewarding.
Initially, I would like to extend an invitation for a 15-minute telephone conversation to discuss your current situation and your expectations for therapy. Please feel free to text me at your convenience to arrange a suitable time, and I will be sure to call you back.
I am pleased to offer both face-to-face sessions and virtual sessions via Zoom.
It is worth noting that I have extensive experience working with clients aged 16 and above.
