About me

Counselling isn't just about trauma we experience, although this is 80% of our work! counselling is for everyone, from venting about our everyday life and struggles to childhood and adult trauma, anxieties, depression, relationships and many more! never feel your issue is too small to work on and get that release you need.

Life can be a struggle challenging and confusing and sometimes it can be difficult to talk openly to the people in your life without feeling judged.

As an experienced Counsellor, I will provide a safe, confidential space to Children and Adults to explore your thoughts, and feelings regarding the past and present and how this could be affecting your life.

I can support you in finding your way through the difficulties you’re experiencing or have experienced in the past, in a way that feels right for you, and at a comfortable pace.

We can work together to make sense of what you’re thinking, feeling, and going through, allowing you to develop a sense of healing, establish goals and move towards them, and gain a greater understanding of yourself.

I also have experience neurodiverse people to help navigate your way through life and to help with newly diagnosed for the person or families.
