About me

Hi and welcome I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Senior Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society and Supervisor. I qualified in 2006 as a Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for Adults, Children and Young People.

I offer the option of therapy by phone online or face to face

Due to the current Covid 19 situation I offer therapy by phone or online

Certified Cyber Therapist - Online Therapy Institute - 2016

I work within easy reach of Leamington Spa Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford upon Avon.

Our lives change all of the time and we can be impacted by events and emotions we may find more difficult to understand alone. Exploring these changes in counselling can be an opportunity to better understand ourselves.

I offer an initial meeting/call to explore how we might best work together and for you to gain a sense of what it might be like working with me.

If you would like to find out more before considering an initial meeting, if you have any questions or cannot find the information you are looking for please don't hesitate to contact me.

"I genuinely feel our sessions have helped and I can now focus on a happier and healthier future"

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
