About me
I am a trauma-informed Psychotherapist and Supervisor with a deep passion for supporting individuals and fellow practitioners on their journeys of growth and transformation. I believe that healing happens in a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood.
My approach is warm, client-centred, and collaborative, ensuring that therapy and supervision are tailored to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions,
I am here to help you navigate the path toward healing and personal development.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have extensive experience working with pre-teens, teens, adults, and couples, supporting clients through trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, abuse, anxiety, depression, bereavement, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including elements of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), ensuring a flexible and personalised path to healing.
As a Supervisor, I provide a supportive and reflective space for therapists and counsellors, helping them explore their work, develop their skills, and enhance their confidence. I am trained in the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision and take a collaborative, integrative approach to supporting practitioners in their professional growth.
Beyond my professional qualifications, I am committed to ongoing learning and development. I regularly attend workshops, conferences, and training seminars to stay at the forefront of therapeutic advancements, bringing fresh insights and innovative tools into both my clinical practice and supervision work.
I strongly believe in everyone’s capacity for healing and transformation. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients and supervisees as they rediscover their strengths and create meaningful change in their lives. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I work with pre-teens, teens, adults, and couples, offering both short-term and long-term therapy, with regular progress reviews to ensure our work remains meaningful and effective.
In addition to talking therapies, I provide life and business coaching, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Our sessions last 50 minutes and typically take place weekly, with flexible scheduling available for shift workers.
I believe in the power of creativity in therapy—when clients are open to it, I incorporate creative approaches to help break through barriers and deepen self-awareness. If you're ready to explore new perspectives and unlock lasting change, let's begin this journey together.
At our first session, I'll begin with an initial assessment to understand your needs and goals. Before we meet, I'll send you my Agreement and Terms of Therapeutic Engagement, giving you the opportunity to review them and ask any questions. This ensures clarity and confidence as we begin our work together.
