I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in Transactional Analysis based therapy. I give a space for adults, young Adults and families to work through life's complexities in a supportive and confidential environment. Helping to address specific issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self awareness of how you are in every-day life. We raise your awareness to enable you to see clearly, reflect, move forward and continue your journey.
