Claire Ratcliffe MBACP - Psychotherapist, Supervisor & Couples Therapist
The Labyrinth Centre
43-47 Middle Hillgate
When most people seek the support of a counsellor or therapist, they're often looking to 'fix' a problem. Something might just not feel quite 'right' or you may be consciously aware of what your issue is. I imagine you may have tried several ways to work through this already.
You do not have to be having a crisis to benefit from counselling/psychotherapy. Anyone who wants to understand themselves and their life will take value attending sessions.
If you want to make genuine changes, to experience a richer, and more fulfilled life but don't know where to start, then therapy can really help.
The aim of psychotherapy and counselling is to help you deal more effectively with your past and present challenges and make decisions for your future that enhance your wellbeing. I enjoy the work I do immensely as I work with my clients to gain self-awareness and lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
In our sessions we will look at identifying what it is you would like to work through in therapy, look at the obstacles you have and how you 'get in your own way', and I will work with you, to help you get to the place in your life you would like to be.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy for adults, couples, and young people.
I am committed to providing a confidential, secure, and supportive environment to explore and work through your difficulties.
If you have any queries, or would like to arrange a session please do not hesitate to get in touch.
