About me

I am based in Beccles and work face to face from my conservatory, surrounded by a peaceful and private garden. I also work from my private study for online sessions.

I offer counselling to over 18’s and I am UKCP accredited.

My training as an Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor allows me to work with your individual needs, allowing us to form a collaborative therapeutic relationship. We can curiously explore how your past may be influencing your present thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Working together through what is troubling you will help empower you to create positive changes towards a future where you can experience less symptoms and more meaningful relationships. I aim to be empathetic and respectfully challenging where appropriate.

I also offer EMDR Therapy.

I have previously worked as a volunteer counsellor at two charities in Norwich - Mind and Sue Lambert Trust, helping clients with a wide range of issues.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you wish to book an initial session.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
