About me
Thank you for choosing to coming to my page, it takes courage to reach out and seek support when you are facing difficulties in your life. Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, depression or stress and unable to see a way to manage everything or maybe your feeling a deep loss or grieving a loved one and its too overwhelming. Are you looking for a supportive, empathic space in which to explore psychological or physical pain at a pace that is right for you or an encouraging, empowering space to go within, uncover your truth, take ownership of your story and live your life differently.Whatever you are experiencing all is welcome here.
As an Art Psychotherapist and Environmental Art Therapist, I provide a caring, compassionate and confidential space in a peaceful, natural setting. Art materials are provided to explore whatever you are experiencing, it is also possible to go outdoors and engage with natural materials, or a combination of both. However if you just want to talk that is fine too.
I am also a certified NLP life coach.
With a caring, curious manner I support you to explore through art making and nature, feelings held in the body that are maybe too deep for words, expressing what is unable to be verbalised within a therapeutic relationship, enables awareness that allows your feelings to shift and your life to change for the better.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working as an Art Psychotherapist for 8 years and as an Environmental Art Therapist for over 4 years. I have gained much experience working with a diverse range of clients struggling with many of life’s difficult challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, managing pain, coping with a terminal diagnosis, bereavement and loss.
I have worked with both adults, young people and children.
Since completing a combined honours degree in Art and Psychology in 2013 and a masters degree in Art Psychotherapy in 2015 I have developed a insatiable desire to keep learning to add to my understanding and awareness to continually improve and develop my practice.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

The summerhouse in my garden is my therapeutic space for clients it is a beautiful peaceful place that offers somewhere to come and feel held and cared for in a calm environment surrounded by nature. It is truly a wonderful setting to begin your therapeutic journey.
