About me
You may have landed on this page because something isn’t feeling right. Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. Maybe you're struggling with past trauma, navigating current relationships with loved ones, or struggling to love and accept yourself. Whatever it is, there's space for you here.
In my therapy room, it’s us against the problem. You bring your life story – the ups, the downs, and everything in between – and I bring lots of tools, insights, empathy, and a wealth of experience.
I've made it my mission to help people heal and make sense of the road they’ve been on, because I've been there and know just how hard it is. So far I have built a community of over 240K followers on social media, where I share practical mental health tips and insights, which have resonated deeply with people from all walks of life. I have also recently won two counselling awards for my work and contribution within the mental health world.
My personal approach to therapy is one that facilitates the process of deep self-discovery and long-lasting change. I will work with you to unpack your story and look at what aligns with your truth, and what was created for safety and protection. We will tend to old wounds, challenge unhelpful behaviours, sit with difficult emotions, and build better relationships.
I know it can be difficult to find a therapist who you feel connected to, so if this is speaking to you I hope to hear from you, and see if we will be right for each other.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

My integrative therapy approach
I believe that no single theory or approach can treat everybody. This is why I have chosen to work with multiple approaches, each complimenting the other in the therapy process.
Psychodynamic - The foundation of my practice is built upon psychodynamic theories and methods. This involves working with the unconscious, your childhood and past, attachment styles, and more.
Cognitive-Behavioural - The next level of my approach integrates CBT. It can often help challenge negative thinking, and bridge the gap between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Humanistic - I have implemented aspects of Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focused and Gestalt and Therapies. They can provide further invaluable insight and help bring about change.
Neuroscience - Our remarkable and mysterious brains hide a lot of secrets which can reduce stigma around mental illness and provide explanations as to why we do the things we do.
