Alongside my clinical work, I have built a mental health community of over 220K people online, giving me insight not only into therapeutic work, but also real-world insight into building a private practice, finding your voice, and growing a thriving business.

With me, you don’t have to be that. You can bring the doubt, the anger, the frustration, the “I don’t know what I’m doing here” moments, without shame and judgment.

We’ll look at the relational field, the unconscious dynamics, what’s yours, what’s your client’s, and what’s happening between you. We slow things down enough to see clearly and think clinically, rather than react to what's happening.

✦ MY APPROACH & TRAINING ✦
I work integratively, adapting my approach to your therapeutic style and your clients’ needs. My work is rooted in Psychodynamic theory and informed by Humanistic approaches including Gestalt, Person-Centred, and Transactional Analysis, with CBT-informed interventions used where helpful. I also value creativity in supervision when it supports deeper understanding.
I hold an MSc in Neuroscience and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. I have completed the Gottman’s Clinical Training in Couples Therapy, along with numerous supervision trainings, including:

- Culturally Responsive Supervision
- Trauma-Informed Clinical Supervision

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore whether we are a good fit.
If we decide to continue, my fee is £75 per hour or £110 for an hour and a half.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
