About me
*Not accepting new clients at this time*
Therapy can be a powerful process to help you make sense of yourself, and essential it’s undertaken in an environment where you feel supported, understood and respected.
Life’s complexities can show up in many ways, (anxiety, stress, phobias, low self-esteem, long term health issues, trauma or compulsions to name a few) - and as a clinician who has worked with both children and adults, I have over a decade of experience helping people overcome their challenges with mental health across many different areas.
I believe in creating a space that honours all the various parts of your identity; culture, sexuality, faith, neurodivergence and ethnicity. It can be hard for marginalised people especially, to find a therapist who understands their experiences innately, so I’m very passionate about facilitating that in my practice. I use a warm, honest, patient, non-judgemental, transparent and flexible approach to support you, whatever your needs, to ensure you feel understood, and to patiently explore some of the things you’re dealing with.
Our work together will be intuitive, creative and tailored to you. I offer an integrative based therapy model, which means that I look at different theories and clinical approaches to best support you within your journey. Everybody has unique experiences and needs, and I will endeavour to identify and facilitate what could best help you.
