About us
Our centre provides a range of counselling services including: individual counselling for children and adults, couples counselling and group therapy. Each of our rooms have been individually designed to offer a healing space, that nurtures and calms, allowing you to breath and uncover the things that are troubling you. It is important to us that counselling is open to everyone and our downstairs rooms and toilet are designed and created with this in mind. We offer different forms of counselling to meet the needs of the client.
We offer ethical and confidential clinical supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors in a safe and professional environment. Supervision is an important element of a counsellors ethical practice and as such we aim to offer a high standard of clinical supervision to meet individual needs.
Training Qualifications: Higher level training is provided to individuals that want to develop their counselling practice. We have a range of CPD course to support continued learning and development. If you are looking for a unique CPD course for your company, please speak to our experienced teaching team to discuss your course requirements.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

- Individual face to face counselling - £40
- Student counsellors (level 4) - £30
- Couples counselling - £60
- Group sessions (10 sessions) - £20 per session
Supervision - 1.5 hours session:
- Qualified counsellor - £60
- Trainee counsellor (level 4) - £50 (Additional 15 min - £7.50)
- Group supervision - £30 (2hr session)
