About us
We provide a low cost counselling service in the Centre of Cardiff. We are keen to offer a service to those who might not ordinarily be able to access counselling.
Our service is run by volunteers who are students on placement with us in their final year of study.
We also have a team of qualified counsellors who volunteer.
Training, qualifications & experience
Our service is run by volunteers who are either qualified counsellors or in their last stage if training.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations.
