The fact that your reading this page is an indication you might need some assistance into resolving how you're feeling, bad or good, right now, I can help you with that. I'm honestly passionate about what I do or I wouldn't do it. Our mental health is the core part to our wellbeing, just as we fuel our bodies with food why would we not do the same for our brain...
I work using many modalities but my foundations are person centred and psychodynamic, working in the present and what's happening currently in your life that is impacting on you now. Occasionally, how we feel today can be linked to something that could well of occurred in childhood or later. Through mutual exploration I can aid you in recognising this.
Using congruence, unconditional positive regard and empathy along with confidentiality and support together we can resolve and work through various feelings and emotions.
Training, qualifications & experience
