About me

Thank you for clicking on my profile. Looking for the right counsellor and starting counselling can be daunting, especially if you are not feeling like your usual self. No matter what has prompted you to make this leap,  be it a specific event, an interest in deepening your self awareness, or a desire to improve your outlook, as an Integrative Counsellor, I utilise a range of approaches to help meet your individual need.

Counselling can ease distress by helping to clarify your thoughts; access deeper issues and provide you with the time and space to tell your story. This can enable you to reflect and make any changes you feel are necessary, deepen your self-awareness, heal, and find acceptance.

I have worked with clients on a  wide range of issues listed in my profile however I am open to exploring whatever issue(s) are causing you distress.

For therapy to work you need to feel free and comfortable to open up and share your thoughts and feelings, in safe and non-judgemental space. We can work over the phone, on line or face to face (depending on location).  I can promise compassion, empathy and honesty and I really look forward to meeting with you soon.

I offer a free 15 minute introductory session to see how we can work together on what is concerning you.
