My approach is holistic, body-oriented, trauma-informed & solution-focused, including a variety of modalities so as to provide a bespoke service for each client. My multifaceted method incorporates Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Human Givens Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Bodynamic, Emotional Freedom Technique, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Hypnotherapy. It harnesses the power of the imagination to deal with mental & emotional distress in the here & now.

Member organisations
The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have specialised in mental health for over 10 years; on mental health acute wards, rehabilitation wards, in the community & until recently, I was working part-time in a private trauma clinic in Harley Street.
My approach is holistic, body-oriented, trauma-informed & solution-focused. I am passionate about supporting long term transformation whilst working deeply with the wisdom of the body.

Following sessions are online via Zoom & last 50 mins unless a longer time is mutually agreed.
Sessions are generally Monday to Friday 14:00-20:00 GMT. You are welcome to choose the frequency of sessions as you wish & I would be happy to make recommendations to support your decision making process dependent on your treatment plan.
