About me

What I can do for you.

I can offer a safe space, therapy that isn't about what model I practice from. I won't come at you with jargon, or pretend to be the expert.

I am a counsellor with lived experience of most mental health issues. My outlook on life and what I provide for my clients, is a way to safely process what you are struggling with.

My specialist interests are grief work, neurodiverse struggles, communication and life skills.

I believe that counselling is part of the work, the other part is transitioning you into living the life you want. How do you use what we practice in the room, out in the world where it matters.

I work with conflict resolution, life meaning but most of all, helping those with neurodiverse struggles, to find their way again.

I am person centred at the heart of my practice, however, I also love to explore what therapy means for you. If you want to use tarot cards, talk about your religion. If you want to discuss relationships, have art therapy or have a straight talking chat. It is your therapy  done your way and with you always at the heart of it.

Lived experience,  life coaching and counselling skills, are what I can offer you. I offer a free 20 minute assessment so you can ask me questions. At the end of the day, you need to be happy that the therapist you are working with, is the right fit for you.

I work across 6 GP practices in the outer West of Newcastle.

Working with issues such as grief and bereavement, anxiety and depression, gender identity issues, autism, ADHD and ADD to name a few. I offer online and telephone sessions at a reduced rate, face to face can happen if local to Tyne and Wear.
