Dr Sarah Swan
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience of working with individuals with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addictions, abuse and low self-esteem. I draw upon a number of evidence-based models to ensure I support people in the most effective way.
I use traditional cognitive-behavioural therapy as well as more recently developed models (schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, EMDR) to help people in a way that suits them and can enable them to make timely progress on their individual goals.
I am flexible in offering short or longer term therapy based on individual needs, preferences and finances. I offer daytime and evening sessions in a lovely space with ample parking directly outside. Situated close to Midhurst and a short drive from Haslemere, Chichester and other areas within West Sussex, Hampshire & Surrey.
I am registered with BUPA, Aviva, AXA, Vitality Health and Overland Health Insurers.
Recent client feedback includes:
"I would recommend you to anyone"
"You have helped me to understand something that was beyond my comprehension.....You have changed my life"
